Product Development & Design
JJ is ready to take an idea from a general description to a final product. Our development service will provide mechanical and 3D drawings, product descriptions, detailed manufacturing methods, detailed bill-of-materials documents, as well as prototypes, physical models, and production tooling.
3D Printing
Jackson Jonson Enterprise is equipped with the Objet260 Connex multi-material 3D Printing system, enabling us to print in over 60 build materials with up to 14 materials in a single printed part. 3D Scanning & Measurement
Jackson Jonson Enterprise is equipped with a FARO Edge Arm and CAM2Q and CAMX software to measure any and all 3D spaces and objects easily, quickly and accurately . our arm is equipped with a 6mm ball, 3mm ball, and a single-point probe for contact measurement, and the Laser Line probe for non-contact and complex-contour measurement. We have become a corporate partner with FARO Technologies so we may remain on the cutting edge of3D measurement technology, and for developing new uses and applications for the FARO tools.

Mold-Making & Casting
Jackson Jonson Enterprise is equipped with two plural component polyurethane dispensing machines, usable for casting of rigid, semi-rigid, and foam polyurethane systems. We also use 2-part poured silicone systems to build molding tools, or as an alternative parts system as well. With our 3D printing system or milling station, we can produce molds for most parts in a variety of materials.
Sheet Metal Fabrication & Machining
JJ is prepared to cut, bend, weld, and machine with a variety of materials. We are equipped with specialized magnetic bending equipment, a plasma cutting table for fast and accurate cutting, and a variety of welders to best fit your need. We can also mill any metal as well as cheaper foams for production of tools and models.
