The DG-Sixer is a combination disc golf & 6-pack cooler, for keeping tasty beverages cold out on the disc golf course. We developed a prototype, as well as production descriptions, CAD designs, and a bill of material on the project.
We printed these as non-abrasive tools for cleaning support materials from our 3D printed models, as well as cleaning the print heads and other parts of our Objet Connex printing system. They have been build with a mini-hex holding piece, so they may be used with a mini-hex screwdriver handle. Details

Developed for a local chiropractor as a safe, easy-to-clean and long lasting work head for a commercial vibratory massage tool, this medical-grade stainless steel cylinder was designed for the specific application of functioning with an existing product. This product was machined at our facility in small production runs, then electro-polished to a specified finish to ensure medical quality clean-ability.
This part was designed to firmly fasten two glass tubes to one another for a local Austin business. It can be used in medical, scientific, and engineering applications where the reliable joining of glass tubes is required for fluid transfer, observation of turbulent flows, etc. This part was initially 3D-printed for prototyping and short production runs. Methods of production for larger quantities of this product are still in discussion.
