The Objet260 Connex 3D Printer uses PolyJet Matrix system that allows the user to select from 60 materials, with up to 14 digital-material combinations being printed in the same part. This allows for a combination of rigid-ABS like plastics, malleable rubber-like materials, clear acrylics, and everything in between . Because the system can also print a “support material” along with modeling material, models can be printed with clearance between parts for moving assemblies, parts within parts, and as complex of shapes as you can imagine.

Digital Materials
Objet FullCure720™ is Objet’s original multi-purpose transparent material for standard plastics simulation combining great dimensional stability and surface smoothness.
Objet VeroClear™ is a rigid, nearly colorless material featuring great dimensional stability for general purpose, fine detail model building and visual simulation of transparent thermoplastic such as PMMA.
VeroWhitePlus™, VeroGray™, VeroBlue™, VeroBlack™ combine dimensional stability and high-detail visualization. The Objet Vero family is intended for standard plastics simulation and model creations that closely resemble the ‘look’ of the end product.
Objet DurusWhite™
is ideal for a broad range of applications that require the appearance, flexibility, strength and toughness of Polypropylene. Properties include Izod notched impact of 44 J/m, elongation at break of 44% and flexural modulus of 1026 MPa. Common applications include reusable containers and packaging, flexible snap-fit applications and living hinges for toys, battery cases, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers and automotive components .
Objet TangoGray™, Objet TangoBlack™, Objet TangoPlus™, and Objet TangoBlackPlus all offer various levels of elastomer characteristics: Shore scale A hardness, elongation at break, tear resistance and tensile strength that make them suitable for a range of applications requiring non-slip or soft surfaces on consumer electronics, medical devices and automotive interiors.
Objet Bio-Compatible Materials is a rigid material featuring great dimensional stability and colorless transparency. The material is ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact of over 30 days and short term mucosal-membrane contact of up to 24 hours. Objet Bio-Compatible material has 5 medical approvals including Cytotoxicity, Genotoxicity, Delayed Type Hypersensitivity, Irritation and USP Plastic Class VI*
ABS-Like Simulated Engineering Plastic Material is fabricated from FullCure®515 and FullCure®535. It is designed to simulate ABS-grade engineering plastics by combining high-temperature resistances with high toughness. The ABS-like Digital Material is suitable for any simulated parts that require high-impact resistance and shock-absorption.
